Flat Coloured Commission for Salthanath of FurAffinity of a feral version of Ying, the Eastern dragon!

Woot, noodle dragons!  Oriental dragons are always a treat to work on.  I had originally planned on him being all stretched out, but I opted for something more dynamic.  Those cherry blossoms are making him so happy.
