More practice with my Green 'Dream' Wolf, another pic of her...floating...and glowing...green. Heh.

Took some more critique advice - tried making the nose a bit wider, (less fox-like since she's a wolf,) rounded the ears, and added some butt-fluff. Still working on shortening those toes into paws. XD

Also, before anyone comments on the shoulder angle, I /love/ drawing shoulders like that, and have worked way too hard to teach myself to draw them to not. XD It's also part of my style. So yeah, haha.

I'm trying to do more of my Dream Wolf and Blue Dream Tiger in feral/anthro forms in my usual lazy, elegant, floaty poses. For some reason, I find it more difficult to put canines/felines in those poses than dragons - you'd think how many dragons I do in floaty poses I'd be able to make a...a floating...giraffe. I should do that.

Constructive criticism is welcome! ^^ Thanks to all of the constructive critique so far from everyone who has commented with such - it really helps, and I really keep it in mind! I've seriously improved since I started trying to sketch wolf/lion heads in my note margins, believe me. :)

Do you guys like these pieces? Would you like to see more of the Green Dream Wolf and Blue Dream Tiger? Would you like me to do other critters as well? Suggestions are always welcome! Thanks!

Enjoy!

Your wolf looks a bit like a long snouted stoat at the moment. No offense
Wolves are usually a LOT fluffier, and have shorter necks and tail (long neck and tail make me thing it was a stoat or weasel. You draw long bodied dragons, with nice long tails and nice long necks and nice lean long bodies, which is where you are having problems. Wolves are stout and thick and a bit bulky because of thier thick coats and live in cold climates. Yours looks like a desert dweller from how short the coat is.
The tail needs to be shortened and fattened and have less of a sharp edge to the tip. (think blimp shaped in terms of fatness and shortness.) Neck needs the same shortening and leignthening of fur. The belly needs to be fluffier. (But I think you have the body shape UNDER the fur correct).
You are getting there on the feet. the front paws are good. Back feet need to be thickened a bit more.
Needs a bit more of a brow ridge as well. the head looks too sleek currently.
Look up photos of wolves. Look up Arekon's comic for drawn wolves
the coloring is good, as is the shading, but the form needs work
What do you think?

Thanks! :). Yeah, still a work in progress! I do like doing fully-coloured pieces like this though as practice and as progress pieces.
