Part 2/2 of a commission set, this one a flat-coloured icon commission for of the aquatic dragon Lumis!

Haha, I had fun working on this dude!  His design is really pretty, and I love how the background turned out.  I was asked to give him a grin and make him look playful - methinks I made him a bit more mischievous-looking, hehe.  You'd better go check your cookie jar...
