I'm back. This guy brings back memories of my old pals, the Jupiter and Saturn Dragons~~~ Ah, I just love the gas giant planets. (As you can tell by their ongoing little thing of pretty stripes. :3 ) This guy is definitely one of my personal faves - he turned out so pretty... I went with the inspiration of Neptune being the god of the sea, so that's why this guy has some extra frilly things and webbed fingers and toes. And fancy transluscent wings and frills, of course!  Enjoy! Art (c) me. Time taken - about 2 hours. Something must be done. This contest serves two purposes: Raising awareness about human trafficking and raising funds for the Not For Sale organization. Open to all mediums. When I make a Dragon Design tutorial, I'll definitely put muscling in there.
(Just a tip right here, when drawing your dragons/animals/whatever, you can use your own body as a reference. Bend your arm a certain way and watch how the muscles move, and indicate it on your drawing with a subtle line, and then pop the line with a crescent of shading, depending on how 'buff' you want it to look.
