As the thunder god Thor was always aiming to prove something, he took it upon himself the task of capturing the legendary Midgard Worm, Jormungandr, said to encircle the globe with its many rolling coils. Perhaps Thor hadn't realized at first what a task this would prove to be, seeing as though he was soon reeling in the enormous wyrm. Fortunately as though it would seem, he apparently failed in his little fishing trip, which is just as well. For legend tells that if the Midgard Worm were to let its tail out of its mouth, the world would end...~~~
Ah... Perhaps nothing is more appealing than a thunder god reeling in a serpent the size of a planet, wouldn't you agree? *roflcopter* Especially when there's lighting and epic tidal waves? Oh yeah. Stop, drop, and flop, my friends, looks like Thor's caught the big one.

But GEEBUS that lightning was
fun to do. Maybe even so much fun it's illegal somewhere. I'm not sure. And, ah, the waves and foam and ahhh~~~
*tilts head* I really like how the colours worked out in this one, too. At first I had the layers a little iffy, so I had to work around a lot of flattening and merging crap. That's what you get for 81 layers and a file that's 93 Mb large...um...that's kinda' big. O.o
But YEAH. This was FUN to do! And I'm really happy with the results!

And it only took about...eh...2 to 2.5 hours long.
