It feels really good to flex those Full-Frame Background muscles again! I took a few different approaches to tackling the shading and composition on this one in particular, and I'm very happy with how the different techniques all worked out and came together! Since the pose itself is very 1:2, straight angle, I wanted to up the ante' on the piece with the environment, giving it much more of a sense of depth and also place, as well.

And I got to work on sooooo many colors! I absolutely love combinations of purples and oranges, and I had a blast working on all of them and how they and the reflectivity of the pure blue water interacted with the blues of Tusaris and the sunlight coming through her wings!
